WEEKEND IN LONDON

This weekend consisted of a trip to
LONDON! I absolutely love this city!

I'm not going to lie... When it comes to shopping and London I can be selfish with how my times spent. (Woopsie) I would of shopped until I dropped both Saturday and Sunday, but instead I said to my boyfriend I will plan Saturday and he can plan Sunday! Otherwise he follows on behind me staring at his phone, bumps into me as he's not looking and ignores me when I ask him questions. MEN! Do your partners do this? We packed so much into our weekend away, we both really enjoyed ourselves and the old saying "there's never enough hours in the day" became very true this weekend! So where did we visit...??

(The day I planned..)
On Saturday we visited:
Camden Town
Harrods
Carnaby Street
Hamleys
Piccadilly Circus
Covent Garden

I spent a lot of my pennies on Saturday! Mainly on MAC makeup (I couldn't resist and shall blog this at a later date) and I treated myself to a harrods purse. (I got told I had a Champagne life style on lemonade wage my boss once told me, but who doesn't love a little luxury!)

We had dinner at covent garden, I'm a massive people watcher and found the ideal spot to watch the world go by. We choose shake shack which is perfectly placed in the middle of covent garden.  oh my! That burger was delicious! (Didn't take a photo as was too hungry, sorry)

(The day Tobias planned out...)
Sunday:
Natural History Museum
M&M world
China Town
And finally tucked into a pizza express in Leister square

We spent 3hours at the museum, although we didn't do all of it we felt like it was long enough!
Every-time we go to London we see people with M&M world bag and this time we decided to go and see what the fuss was all about. The minute we walked though the doors too the 4 levels of colourful M&M merchandise your hit will the most amazing smell of CHOCOLATE! It smelt like heaven!

If you have been to London what's your favourite thing to do? Hope you had a lovely weekend.

DREAM STEAM LUSH TABLET

love lush cosmetics, who doesn't?! I would like to know what your favourite lush product is? Sadly I was sooo excited to use this product, I forgot to take some photos :-( A couple of weeks ago I brought the dream steam tablet.. Iv not had the time to use it! I wanted the time to stop, relax and unwind in a blissful mind state and with working time, commuting and fitting family affairs into my life it doesn't leave much time to myself. So the lush dreamsteam was the perfect excuse to take 10minutes out of a normal day. I dropped the little white fizzing tablet covered in rose pettles into a bowl of boiling hot water, covered my head and bowl with a clean towel and trapped the steam, whilst slipping into a lovely dream! I instantly noticed my pores opening, my skin felt ALOT calmer and my face felt amazing and soooo soft! The redness on both my cheeks has been reduced. I shall most DEFINITELY shall be purchasing dreamsteam tablet again!

BENEFIT HAS CUTE PACKAGING

Ive never been bothered about Benefit make-up, like EVER but Oh-My how wrong could one get! A few months ago I walked past the benefit counter and thought I'd give it the Benefit of the doubt.. (Get it... benefit! Aha) SERIOUSLY though... How CUTE is Benefits product packaging? Plus the formulations them selfs seem pretty amazing. Everytime I flick through Instagram, Facebook or my recent beauty magazine I come across BENEFIT MAKEUP by someone who's ranting and raving about their favourite product and felt like I was missing out! I'm a massive vintage hoarder and I feel Benefit ticks this box as its sooo so chic. I love the way all their face care range bottles, I think they look like lotion and potions bottles and the names of the makeup are so much fun and of course the bright colours are also very attractive.

So I took it upon myself to treat one to a few Benefit goodies..
Above in this picture I have:
Roller lash mascara £19.50                    Beauty tip: Gives super curl and length for super curl
They're real push-up liner £18.50           Beauty tip: For bigger looking eyes
the POREfessional £24.50.                    Beauty tip: Helps keeps makeup on all day long

I shall raise my hand and admit I'm rubbish at keeping my makeup on all day long, i'm not a make-up artist although if you saw me in the morning applying my make up you think I was or at least think that I think I am, but nope I'm a hairdresser. I think Iv mentioned in my previous post that I tend to rub my face during the day which causes my make up to fall off, i'm hoping that the POREfessional product by benefit shall keep my make-up on all day long. I also have a very small eyes and find it very tricky to do the flicks I think they're called cat flicks i'm not quite sure but please comment below if you know what they are if you know what I mean. I've tried gel liners, kohl pencils, liquid liners so fingers crossed the felt tip shall do the trick. As for the roller lash mascara, well I have seen this advertised everywhere and I had a sample from the Elle Magazine that was available in all newsagents in The United Kingdom from the middle of February until March. This I loved as it made my eyelashes look so full so volumised and definitely livng up to its name.

I got a couple of free samples when I brought my makeup, these are:
Triple Performing face emulsion 8.9ml and Dream Screen 6.0ml
Who doesn't love trying out new products?

I'm in love, and have NO IDEA why Ive never used this range before, they seem to have every part of your face covered, so nothing will have to go without... And it looks super duper cute in your make up draw or bag. I was hoping for your input ladies... Do you own any Benefit products?
